In a traditional oven
Can also be cooked in an airfryer.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (top and bottom, avoid convection if possible).
Take the desired quantity of Pataclette® from the bag, then place it on a baking sheet or a wire rack covered with parchment paper.
Bake the bites for 10 minutes at 220°C and you’re all set!

The birth of an idea
ONCE UPON A
PATACLETTE®
The simplest of ideas… from the greatest of hungers!
It all started after a get-together with friends. Coming home ravenous, we set ourselves a challenge: to pull together the best raclette recipe possible with what we had in the fridge. It couldn’t have been more spontaneous. And that’s the night the very first bite-sized raclette was created!
Friends and family quickly became hooked. So, in 2018, we decided to take it up a notch.
The recipe is super simple… at first glance! Because to get the perfect flavour, we had to go through no fewer than 1,700 potato varieties to narrow it down to a final six. Then, we had to seek out the best artisans, and of course… choose the right cheese.
The recipe has since evolved, becoming an even richer, creamier, and absolutely delicious treat!
